•Technical bachelor degree;
•Minimum 3 years of experience within the Quality Field;
•English language: medium- advanced level.
•Takes into account the general or specific quality requirements;
•Coordinates and approves the internal and external sorting and recovery;
•Ensures the procedures optimization and the results approval;
•Monitors the product quality (materials, BOP, semi-finished and finished products) by product line and by customer;
•Participates, as a guarantor of methodology, in handling the customers’ and suppliers’ quality incidents, coordinating the progress of action plans up to the completion (measuring efficiency, sharing between functions – lessons learned);
•Performs audits of products and production processes, ensuring that the action plans are implemented;
•Performs warranty return analysis and processing;
•Participates in the re-evaluation of FMECAs and ensures that the mass-production control plans are updated;
•Approves the modifications of the products and processes and submits them to the customers;
•Conducts the initial process audit, approves the qualification of the process and confirms the qualification over time;
•Performs all the actions required within the framework of the position, with both customers and suppliers;
•Uses and follows up the processes, proposing improvement ideas;
•Adheres to and checks the safety and environmental protection rules defined in the Safety and Environment section of SMART;
•Ensures that the equipment is compliant (building/production resources);
•Ensures the safety of property and persons.
