•Good knowledge of reporting packages (Business Objects, Tableau, Spotfire, etc), databases (SQL etc), basic programming (VBA);
•Fluent spoken and written English;
•Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst;
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
•Strong communication and negotiation skills;
•Collects, manipulates and analyzes data allowing the company to manage various activities, anticipating the future needs;
•Makes proper decisions and sets the most appropriate goals;
•Develops and implements databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize the statistical efficiency and quality (with digital solution);
•Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data, providing ongoing reports (graphs, charts and dashboards);
•Seeks for improvements and proposes them to the stakeholders;
•Works together with the management to prioritize the business and information needs;
•Interacts with the system developers and system users to locate and to correct the problems and test hypothesis;
•Designs conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts;
•Interacts with managers regarding the operational functions.
