    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    Bachelor degree;
    Fluency in English and Spanish;
    Good client handling skills;
    Good communication skills, both written and oral;
    Excellent problem solving and analysis skills;
    Self motivated, positive attitude and approach;
    Professional approach and comfortable dealing with clients.

    Responsabilitati

    Our client is a multinational company specialized in providing management consulting, technological solutions and outsourcing services for businesses, present in more than 120 countries and with over 375.000 employees worldwide.

    Offer support services in HR (pre-payroll activities) for one of our clients (mainly Contact Center support but not exclusive);
    Act as first point of contact for HR related questions via phone or E-Mail;
    Interface with the clients' employees to help them in their HR needs;
    Create reference letters and testimonials for employees;
    Update HR data base with personal information changes ;
    Send notifications to all relevant departments after processing an HR request;
    Develop improvements to processes and local work instructions;
    Comply with all client and Accenture Data Security and Quality requirements.
