    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    - Limba engleza mediu (scris, citit, vorbit);
    - Cunostinte bune de operare PC;
    - Cunostinte redactare documente / corespondenta oficiala;
    - Aptitudini de comunicare;
    - Usurinta, claritate si coerenta in exprimare;
    - Aptitudini de a planifica si organiza activitatile si operatiunile specifice de care raspunde;
    - Capacitatea de culegere, clasificare, interpretare si transmitere corecta a informatiilor;
    - Aptitudinea de a arhiva/gestiona/organiza dosarele si documentele de care raspunde.

    Responsabilitati

    Our client is a multinational company specialised in the vehicle and equipment breakdown roadside assistance, ferry crossing bookings, the procurement of vehicle consumables and debt collection services.

    - Intocmeste documentatia pentru clientii noi si implicit asigura introducerea informatiilor necesare in modulul CRM; proceseaza contracte ; comenzi pentru toate produsele cumprinse in oferta companiei;
    - Se asigura ca documentatia / garantiile / instrumentele de plata, etc depuse de catre clientii noi / clientii existenti in legatura cu cele mentionate in contractele emise sunt complete si in cazul in care are sesizari privind lipsa unor elemente necesare desfasurarii contractului sau care pot pune in pericol desfasurarea contractului;
    - Este suport permanent pentru clientii din portofoliul alocat pentru orice tip de sesizare, comenzi noi de servicii, plangeri, etc. urmarind rezolvarea acestora impreuna cu Coordonatorul echipei / Managerul de Vanzari.
