    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    - Experienta de miniml 1 an in vanzari preferabil domeniul materialelor de constructii, mobila, termopan;
    - Experienta in vanzare consultativa constituie un avantaj;
    - Cunostinte de Excel: formule de calcul;
    - Buna cunoastere a pietei din zona aferenta;
    - Studii: absolvent de facultate profil tehnic;
    - Orientare catre client si rezultate;
    - Bune abilitati de planificare si organizare a activitatii;
    - Atitudine pozitiva;
    - Capacitatea de a lucra in echipa.

    Responsabilitati

    - Prospecteaza permanent zona de activitate pentru identificarea clientilor potentiali (utilizator final);
    - Stabilieste intalniri cu potentiali clienti din zona de activitati;
    - Introduce clientii potentiali in baza de date si mentine la zi situatia acestora in sistem;
    - Acorda analiza tehnica si financiara clientilor cu care intra in discutie;
    - Negociaza si semneaza contracte de vanzari conform politicii de vanzari a companiei;
    - Urmareste buna derulare a contractelor pana la finalizarea lucrarii si incasarea acesteia;
    - Raporteaza zilnic activitatea catre superior;
    - Propune oportunitati de dezvoltare a zonei de activitati;
    - Realizeaza planul lunar si anual de vanzari;
    - Intelege si urmareste obiectivele companiei.
