    Cerinte

    The applicant should necessarily have completed Graduation (any field)
    Excellent spoken and written Communication Skills. Should have a good understanding of functional Grammar and neutral accent.
    Should be acquainted with the communication nuances of the local audience – possible kinds of errors that one would expect in the location. German / French culture or previous work experience with German / French customers is a plus.
    Needs to have strong training ability
    Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized
    Feedback and Coaching skills
    Good analytical ability
    Good reading / learning, researching – Skills
    Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
    Applicant should be proficient with MS-Office (Word, Excel, power point)
    Any experience in regards to Training / Coaching would be preferable
    Coaching certification is a plus

    Responsabilitati

    Communication Training on the Production floor
    Providing Feedback & Coaching agents on Communication skills (mainly spoken English)
    Audits transactions for agents on the floor on a prescribed sheet defined by the process
    Give documented feedback as per the gaps identified in the audit.
    Conduct training sessions as per requirement under specified timelines.
    Complete his/her certification process.
    Performance Assessment of Trainees during tests
    Database management, daily reports, and analysis
    Conduct training need analysis and accordingly develop training content as per requirement.
    Provide refresher and remedial training for existing employees based on their communication
    Ensure all requirements are compiled from time to time
    Maintain trainee/training data and information
    Generate and publish training reports from time to time
    Support any administrative tasks in regards to execution of training plans
    Take ownership for improvement in analysts’ performance
    Analyze training needs for employees working for the account
    Responsible to work with ops to bridge gaps during training
