The ideal candidate should be a fast learner, responsible person, problem-solver, passionate about new challenges. He should be able to work well in teams, be a good communicator. The person should be comfortable following rules and disciplined with policies and procedures. Keeping calm and focused under stress is also important.
•Minimum high school degree
•Fluency in English language, spoken and written
•Skilled in troubleshooting Windows and Office software
•Basic networking (LAN/WAN) knowledge
•Would be a plus: knowledge and experience with Active Directory, CISCO IOS, IIS, MS SQL Server
•Incident and tasks registration and solving
•User support in using IT equipment and standard software
•User training and rollout
•Inventory tracking for IT equipment
