    Requirements

    You are graduated from a business school or accounting / management school. You master Excel and have notions in VBA.
    You have a first experience in financial controlling and if possible in team management.
    You have good skills in analysis and synthesis. Moreover, methodology, rigor and interpersonal skills are your main assets to success in this position.
    You master English and ideally Romanian.

    Responsibilities

    Attached to the Chief Group Financial Controller, you have a major role in the Group financial and administrative management to support strategic and business operations.
    You are the head of one of Amaris´ most important hubs.Your mission will be the following:

    Consolidation of reporting (P&L, Forecast, KPI analysis),
    Review and Analysis of P&L and subsidiaries forecasts,
    Weekly presentation to the Board of Directors,
    People-team management (5-6 people),
    Recruitment and training of new members,
    Work directly with Administrative and Financial Managers of all subsidiaries,
    Development of controlling tools & trainings,
    Setting up of processes and management tools.
