Our client is an entrepreneurial company, with branches worldwide, producer of flexible pipes and thermal and electrical insulation sleeves, especially applied to automotive and mass transportation. The company designs and produces a range of products with textile substrate systems for engines, brakes, push pull cables, rubber hoses and metal, among many others.

Job description:
Bachelor's degree;
Previous working experience in logistics (import-export) and warehouse;
Working experience with manufacturing foreign companies is preferred;
Excellent understanding of customs procedures, import-export documents and logistics options;
Good communication skills and working level of writing and spoken English;
Strong capability in Microsoft Office software;
Good analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills;
Ability to work independently and under pressure

Following up deliveries from factory to customers and prepare related documents;
Communicating with customers to provide continue improvement logistics service;
Following up shipment schedule (by air or by sea) for import and export;
Providing customs clearance documents for import and export declaration;
Assembling payment application for logistics suppliers, if needed;
Preparing monthly logistics reports;
Receiving the raw materials from suppliers and introducing the products in the SAP system;
Monitoring and making the preparation of the orders according customers’ request and Inter Company planning;
Receiving returned gods for quality issues to the warehouse;
Extracting and monitoring the stock level of raw material, semi finished and finished gods;
Conducting 5S audits in the warehouse to make sure is according the company’s standard;
Distributing the tasks among the warehouse auxiliary team to ensure the supply of material to the production lines is effective.
