• University degree - economics or technical
• Minimum 3 years sourcing or integrated supply chain
• Commercial terms knowledge and supplier negotiation abilities
• People management abilities, flexibility, results oriented
• Project management knowledge
• Ability to work in teams and a multi-cultural environment
• Advanced computer operating skills
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in English, German is a plus

• Supplier Relationship Management - working with portfolio of suppliers to achieve performance targets related to productivity (savings), PPM, OTTR, Emerging Region Spend, working capital initiatives and other site, Commodity & Honeywell global related sourcing targets
• Provide input to Tactical Buyers
• Keep internal customer inform of supply delivery and business issues
• Project support related to specific commodities / suppliers and site initiatives
• Offer support and align with NPI sourcing to drive high utilization of PSL, PPL, PML
• Data management accuracy. Support creation, input and publishing of site sourcing KPI’s
• Effective communication to site suppliers of Honeywell policies
• Visit suppliers as a representative of the company to conduct Quarterly Business reviews, discuss, resolve issues and negotiate improved commercial terms
• Actively seek cost-out opportunities and liaise with Engineering, Product Management and Marketing to implement these.
