Junior Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Acts like a SPOC for the employees and the hiring managers for all matters regarding salary payments
• Makes sure that the salaries are paid according to the agreed timeline and ensures the payment of salaries according to the legal norms and within the agreed term
• Is in charge with the meal voucher orders and their distribution to the employees
• Validates the legal criteria for the medical leaves, maternity leaves, study vacation, etc.
• Receives, validates and gathers information regarding salary payments and the other taxes (hired employees, leavers, salary changes, timesheets, other bonuses, etc.)
• Creates reports regarding the employees delegations, timesheets and other necessary reports
• Keeps up to date the database of bank accounts of the employees
• Other ad-hoc payroll responsibilities

Ideal candidate:

• English language knowledge
• Microsoft Office literate
• Previous work experience between 6 to 12 months
• Deadline awareness
• Detail oriented in regards to financial aspects
