    Job role

    In this position you will be responsible for successfully planning, managing, executing  the internal communication within Allianz Technology Bucharest branch.



    •     Handling AZ Connect, e.g. administration of access rights, adaptation of structures, ad hoc To-dos;
    •     Regular follow up with key priority owners;
    •     Prepare documentation to inform them on updated reporting;
    •     Act as facilitator;
    •     High-level analysis of content to support portfolio management.



    •      Accurate and reliable way of working;
    •     Quick perception;
    •     Good communication skills;
    •     Good organizational skills;
    •     Customer and service oriented demeanor;
    •     Fluent English written and spoken;
    •     Knowledge of MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel.
