    Graduated from University with a Bachelor degree

    Confident MS-Office-User, especially MS Excel

    Language skills: very good English (verbal and written) - MANDATORY

    Team player with excellent communication skills and goal driven work ethic

    Organization and prioritization abilities

    Affinity to numbers and data handling

    Ability to work highly concentrated over long periods of time

    Ability to work under pressure

    Distributive attention and sales thinking

    Additional languages are a big plus (especially German)

    Experience in telecommunication sales is useful


    Market prospecting, identifying new customers and new opportunities for collaboration

    Identifying needs for routes and destinations among customers from portfolio

    Participating in client meetings via Skype and/or E-mail

    Negotiating prices and volumes for the Voice Wholesales minutes

    Managing the selling/buying activity for the minutes from destinations/routes in portfolio

    Assisting and advising clients from portfolio in order to gain strategic positions

    Meeting and achieving the sales monthly/quarterly/annual targets

    Submitting reports and market analyses to management upon requests

    Knowing and using intensive of MS Office package in daily activity

    Analyzing profile, customer expectations and potential customer requirements in order to identify specific needs

    Analyzes market information and makes recommendations on pricing strategy to achieve plan

    Communicating closely with all Internal Departments

    Prioritizing and organizing own daily activity

    Responsible for servicing new and existing accounts in a systematic way

    Demonstrates teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed;

    Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers and management;

    Performs other duties as required to provide excellent service and teamwork

    Must have a good comprehension of telephone etiquette
