Software Support Engineer

A university graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Proficiency in SQL, basic programming skills and a good knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally
Understanding of the Telecom industry considered highly advantageous
Ability to work in cross functional teams
Dedication to project deadlines and the work assigned

You will implement & configure information systems or system components, leveraging product capabilities to create an optimal solution implementation.
You will analyze solution requirements and translates them into specific system requirements and designs.
You will work within a knowledge area at a detailed and focused level within the context of a defined overarching solution, liaising with end users, system experts and peers in order to meet defined business requirements.
You will be responsible to evaluate and recommend a configuration that maximizes software capabilities.
You will be expected to gather the requirements and analyze client needs and gaps
You will support configuration solution during a project's lifecycle (development, testing, post production)
