    The Michelin Group started its industrial activity in Romania in August 2001, investing more than 400 million euros over the years in plant modernization. Currently, Michelin Romania has about 3,500 employees, three factories, two in Zalău and one in Floreşti, a commercial network and a Center of Excellence and Shared Services( Bucharest), which provides support services to various entities Michelin in Europe. Also, the commercial activities of the Group for Central and Eastern Europe are coordinated from Bucharest (12 countries).

    Previous experience as segment/ brand manager, automotive field is an advantage;
    Good business overview;
    Strong knowledge of Marketing;
    Advanced in English;
    Experience in sales is appreciated;
    Ability to communicate well at different levels in the organization;
    Excellent drafting and problem solving skills;
    Mobility in the region (up to 8 days/ month).


    Captures the market trends and inflexions of pains, gains and jobs of the local customers.
    Develops and organises deployment golden hows in accordance with golden whats of the Worldwide Business Model Leader.
    Prepares a 3 years Go to Market plan for the region together with the business lines and territories.
    Prepares an implementation Roadmap country by country focusing on resources, split objectives, preparation of Go to Market calendars.
    Leads the SAVE model for his Business Model by sharing with other regional marketing stakeholders to assure the global go to market coherence (products offer, access, value, engagement).
    Animates and insures coordination and deployment of the business model in cooperation with other teams/parties (Sales Manager, etc.).
    Participates to territory action plan implementation quarterly reviews: identification of WINs, follow-up of actions, capture of inputs to prepare the Region Go to Market quarterly review.
