Field Testing Coordinator

As a Technical Support Engineer, you need to have:

• Ability to ship, receive, track, and distribute assets
• Ability to maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments and assets
• Experience with maintaining inventory and storage space
• Experience with Excel is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Technically proficient with a variety of mobile operating systems and computer hardware and software
• Should grasp complex technologies easily and be able to learn new information quickly
• Prior technical support experience is a plus

The company is transforming the way the world sees health & fitness - we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Daily tasks:

• Distribute Test assets to field testers or internal test team
• Manage shipping and receiving of Field Test assets to remote participants or remote test team
• Manage distribution of incentives to field testers at the end of a program
• Packaging of shipments and assets prior to distribution
• Maintain Test Team inventory list and storage
• Auditing and Reporting of all inventory
• Provide in-person technical support to Field Testers through basic troubleshooting skills

Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 20:00 on two shifts. One week from 08:00 to 14:00 and the other week from 14:00 to 20:00.
