MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

•Bachelor degree- engineering - 5 years experience in similar position
•Knowledge of injection molding machine operations;
•Knowledge on part defects & Root cause;
•Knowledge in die casting moulds;
•Knowledge of English- conversational level;
•Software Mastercam X5 (CAM);
•Solid Edge (CAD);
•Solid Works (CAD);
•MCOSMOS, GeoPak Win e 3DTOL.

•Designs the preventive maintenance procedure and strategies to carry out the routine and scheduled maintenance;
•Responsible for diagnosing the breakdown problems;
•Ensures the spare part management using actual software (Silver Lake) and later SAP software;
•Strongly adhere to the TPM policies as procedure or similar;
•Ensures the documentation of equipment maintenance history records, spare parts consumption, yearly budgeting of maintenance cost, equipment downtime calculation, maintaining statistical records;
•Organizes tool box meetings, drafting standard, maintenance procedure, critical task analysis, job safety analysis and hazard studies;
•Draws up the failure reports and the major overhauling report, liaising with the external suppliers of spare parts and services;
•Provides hands-on technical support to the overall maintenance function of plant and machinery of rigid industrial packaging company involved to handle the preventive maintenance and break down maintenance;
•Draws up the root cause analysis for breakdowns / quality issues and corrective actions for the same;
•Responsible for removing the bottle necks from the existing issues on spare parts and modification of the same;
•Maintains data for molds efficiency, breakdowns, damages/breakages, idle hours and spares utilization;
•Responsible for 5S Implementation in Mold Maintenance and Tool Room machining area;
•Assists the Engineer/Manager in the day to day operation of Molds department to run smooth & effective coordination;
•Preserves physical integrity with personal protective equipment;
•Proposes solutions to eliminate the risk situations;
•Organizes the workplace;
•Proposes solutions for process improvements;
•Performs total production maintenance (TMP);
•Participates in training.
