    Studii superioare: absolvent facultate profil economic
    Experienta: cel putin un an intr-o pozitie similara
    Cunostinte de calculator: procesare baze de date, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, power Point)
    Limba engleza – nivel avansat;
    Competente: Sa faca dovada unui grad inalt de profesionalism, flexibilitate si o atitudine orientata spre solutionarea problemelor. Sa mentina puternice relatii cu colegii din cadrul departamentului si din afara acestuia. Disciplinat, deschis sa acumuleze cunostinte, lucreza in mod cooperant cu echipa si ajuta la dezvoltarea si performanta echipei, ordonat, systematic si atent la detalii.

    Ce faci de fapt in acest rol? Iata responsabilitatile:

    Intocmeste rapoarte pentru reconcilierea combustibililor consumati de masinile de companie in conformitate cu Car Fleet Procedure. Asigura si verifica controlul valorilor generate de consumul de combustibil in cadrul procesului de reconciliere.
    Verifica valorile serviciilor facturate de catre furnizorul de servicii de mobilitate (Leasing Operational);
    Reconciliaza volumul si valoarea serviciilor prestate de catre firmele de curierat, in confomitate cu preturile si conditiile contractuale;
    Reconcilieaza volumul lunar arhivat si valoarea serviciilor prestate de catre prestatorul de servicii de arhivare;
    Reconcilieaza serviciile prestate de firma de curatenie si verifica valorile facturate in conformitate cu tarifele contractuale. Reconcilieaza materialele sanitare, igiena si protocol comandate;
    Reconcilieaza volumul de produse de cafea consumat si valorile facturate in conformitae cu tarifele contractuale;
    Reconcilieaza cantitatile de fructe livrate la birou in baza proceselor verbale sau a notelor de transport;
    Aloca si distribuie cheltuielile departamentelor MSP & Operational Supervision, Local Real Estate Management, Security si Technical Implemenation pe centre de cost stabilite;
    Verifca procesul de inventariere. Controleaza rezultatul inventarierii si mediaza/sustine comunicarea intre departamentul Financiar si furnizorul de servicii de inventariere;
    Intocmeste Procese Verbale de Receptie si Punere in Functiune pentru bunurile achizitionate in conformitate cu Procedura Fixed Assets Inventory
