Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.
Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)
• Studii superioare: juridice, economice, administrative, tehnice
• Experienta de minim 2 ani in domeniul achizitiilor publice
• Cunostinte in utilizarea SEAP/SICAP
• Experienta in planificarea achizitiilor
• Experienta in elaborarea documentatiilor de atribuire
• Cunoasterea legislatiei nationale aplicabila in domeniul achizitiilor publice
• Abilitati de utilizare MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Abilitati organizatorice, interrelationare si negocierea situatiilor problematice
Constituie avantaj:
• Participarea in proiecte finantate din fonduri UE, experienta in management de proiect
• Certificare in achizitii publice si management de proiect
• Identificarea anunturile publicate pe website-urile oficiale privitoare la contractele de achizitii publice specifice firmei
• Procurarea documentatiei de atribuire de la autoritatile contractante
• Analizarea si clarificarea conditiilor de participare la procedura de achizitie
• Intocmirea documentatiei ceruta prin caietul de sarcini, fisa de date, completarea formularelor aferente licitatiei
• Verificarea documentelor de calificare
• Participarea la elaborarea ofertei
• Depunerea la sediul autoritatii contractante a documentelor solicitate pentru atribuirea contractului de achizitii
• Acordarea de consultanta in domeniul achizitiilor publice pentru clientii
• Organizarea si arhivarea documentelor aferente activitatii desfasurate
