    Reporting Analyst
     

    Your Mission:

    Overall reporting activities in Human Resources field.
     

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Provides accurate and specific reports, in accordance with reporting requirements and deadlines, as well as ad hoc requests;

    • Introduces, extracts data, processes and consolidates information for regular and on-demand reports;

    • Manages the reporting questions / requests;

    • Creates and updates documentation for the different types of reports;

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement;

    • Perform minimal analyzes on request;

    • Provides information support and visual format on different types of reporting;

    A little about You:

    • Bachelor’s degree;

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or related position;

    • Solid knowledge of statistics/ data analysis;

    • Good English skills;

    • Solid Microsoft Office knowledge (Advanced Excel, Access, Power Point);

    • HR knowledge would be a plus;
