Responsibilities

•     Responsible for compliance with existing  data privacy processes or policies as well as developing any procedures for the organization's privacy programs;
•     Support the assessments of data privacy impact and security risks within the organization;
•     Implement and execute risk-based analysis, privacy controls and measures, including regular monitoring of the controls in Allianz Technology Group;
•     Plan and conduct data protection assessments (Allianz Technology internally and on supplier side);
•     Evaluation of existing contracts with Data Privacy relevance

•     Implementation of Allianz Technology Data Privacy Control Framework;
•     Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments for any new Allianz Technology customer facing contract/internal process/ outsourcing contract/project and as well conducting regular reviews of the  already performed Privacy Impact Assessments;
•     Regular monitoring of Data Privacy controls.

Requirements

•     Bachelor's Degree in Law, IT, IT economics, Industrial engineering etc.
•     Relevant experience Data Privacy;  
•     General knowledge of regulations and laws;
•     Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
•     Fluency in English.

•     Strong organizational and management skills;
•     High motivation to manage and finalize tasks in complex environment;
•     Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads multi-task and manage.
