    Our client is an entrepreneurial company, with branches worldwide, producer of flexible pipes and thermal and electrical insulation sleeves, especially applied to automotive and mass transportation. The company designs and produces a range of products with textile substrate systems for engines, brakes, push pull cables, rubber hoses and metal, among many others.

    At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service;
    Working experience with manufacturing companies;
    Strong capability in Microsoft Office software;
    Advanced spoken and written English skills;
    Experience in using SAP system;
    Ability to find solutions and to work independently.


    Monitoring shipments on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and forecast future shipments and possible Urgent Transport;
    Feeding ERP with the movements of materials to the stores of the company and out of it;
    Contacting the clients in case of dispute over service problems and analyzing their root cause;
    Completing administrative tasks required by logistics officer and clients;
    Drafting invoices for clients with self-invoice;
    Transmitting invoices to the finance and accounting function;
    Verifying and adjusting the requirements in the EDI and SAP systems;
    Assuring the compliance with the customer's specific requirements in terms of deliveries.
