Our client is an entrepreneurial company, with branches worldwide, producer of flexible pipes and thermal and electrical insulation sleeves, especially applied to automotive and mass transportation. The company designs and produces a range of products with textile substrate systems for engines, brakes, push pull cables, rubber hoses and metal, among many others.

Required:
Previous working experience in Maintenance in manufacturing company of minimum 3 years;
Experience and knowledge with ISO 9001, TS and 14001 desirable but not a must;
Good communication skills and working level of writing and spoken English;
Strong capability in Microsoft Office software;
Good analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills;
Knowledge of Siemens PLCs or similar automation programming.

Plan and execute the preventive maintenance of the machinery and installations;
Ensure the execution of corrective maintenance in a timely manner;
Manage the stocks of spare parts, keeping a reasonable level;
Develop the spare parts & service suppliers;
Report in SAP system all the corrective and preventive maintenance;
Manage all the subcontractors and service providers;
Train and develop the Maintenance team;
Coordinate the Maintenance team of 3-5 people;
Prepares and execute the plan for the calibration of the tooling;
Collaborates with the Engineers for the Continuous Process Improvement function.
