Our client is an entrepreneurial company, with branches worldwide, producer of flexible pipes and thermal and electrical insulation sleeves, especially applied to automotive and mass transportation. The company designs and produces a range of products with textile substrate systems for engines, brakes, push pull cables, rubber hoses and metal, among many others.

Required:
Previous working experience in Production of minimum 5 years;
Experience and knowledge with ISO 9001, TS and 14001;
Working experience with manufacturing foreign companies is preferred;
Good communication skills and working level of writing and spoken English;
Strong capability in Microsoft Office software;
Good analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills;
Ability to work independently and under pressure;
Experience in SAP;
Availability to travel 15%

Prepare and supervise the production plan according to the established delivery dates;
Ensure the major KPI of the site are according the stablished targets (Safety, Quality, Deliveries, Productivity…);
Controls the scrap and the productivity of each sections and evaluates and proposes improvements;
Monitors the capacity of the processes, identifies bottlenecks, and proposes actions;
Collaborates with the Engineers for the Continuous Improvement of the processes;
Analyze and investigate non-conformities together with the Quality department and Process Engineering department;
Coordinate the raw material and the semi-finished goods in the supply chain of the factory;
Ensure the traceability of all the production;
Report in the SAP system the production done per shift;
Ensure the Team Leaders and the operators work following the internal procedures of the company;
Comply with the environmental policy of the company;
Organize the team Leaders and the operators in each shift;
Coordinate the production team (between 10-20 persons), as well as ensuring training and development;
Follow up the maintenance needs of the machinery.
