    Requirements

    University degree (Technical or Economics represents an advantage)
    English Language
    Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
    3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
    General paper and packaging industry knowledge represents an advantage
    Knowledge of rules and business practices in B2B and B2C market segments
    Time Management skills
    Problem solving skills
    Ability to understand objectives, identify obstacles, implement alternative solutions
    Initiative with a result oriented approach
    Organizational skills with ability to prioritize according to business urgency
    Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills
    Team work and task coordination skills
    Strong commitment to transparency and a code of ethical conduct
    Driving license and travel availability

    Responsibilities

    Manages relationships with existing customers
    Develops the current portfolio of clients by identifying potential clients, contacting them and negotiate contract terms
    Offers a full suite of commercial solutions to customers in completing the technical solutions proposed for packaging
    Identify opportunities to increase existing volumes and margin trading
    Tracks the receipts from the customer in order to ensure the agreed payment deadline
    Elaborates periodic sales reports
    Achieves/performs the allocated budget and the agreed performance indicators
    Monitors any additional activities to ensure that the negotiated customer delivery deadlines are met
