What you bring to the team
• University graduate - economic or finance knowledge is required;
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in in the banking sector - relevant experience in product development, process improvement and sales strategy;
• Knowledge of retail market intelligence - the Micro-companies & SMEs sector, financial analysis is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills - written and oral communication in English and Romanian, planning & organizational skills, synthesis, coordination, initiative;
• Analytical thinking, focus on quality (commitment to respect the standards of excellence), proactive attitude, determination and discipline, customer orientation, team spirit;
• Advanced Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Visio).
Your day-to-day
• Responsible for the Micro-companies & Self-employed business strategy - identifies the opportunities and designs and implements the business development plan for the segment(product offering and sales strategy);
• Responsible to identify opportunities, produce and deliver the product road map in order to grow Micro-companies & Self-employed segment;
• Responsible to understand the client needs, behavior and profile and also market and competition;
• Proposes updates and reviews of processes, products and commercial offer based on feedback from clients, the network and the analysis performed;
• Monitor profitability of the products, sales and key performance indicators (portfolio and process related) in order to permanently ensure improvements and deliverance on expectations;
• Monitors the customer satisfaction surveys and proposes actions accordingly;
• Plays an active role in designing the sales actions and marketing campaigns (mechanism, target group, approval of the commercial offer, follow-up, evaluation of results and lessons learnt).
