University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
At least one year of direct experience in the Recruitment field
Advanced French and English language skills and other known languages would be a plus
Dynamic, enthusiastic and strong team player
Strong customer focus
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office
You got a successful experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. A professional knowledge of consulting activity is a plus.
Strong business orientation, you have good communication and leadership skills and you are able to work under pressure.
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with candidates during the selection process
Campus events participation (career fairs, job datings, conferences…)
Involvement in diverse HR projects (training creations, tools and processes improvement)
Be a business partner, bringing qualitative solutions to each client.
Meetings’ leader and proven proactivity for groups trainings.
