    Requirements

    You have a driver mentality and passionately aim for results by motivating others for your targets. As a true team player you are aware of cultural differences, cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people. Your excellent communication skills enable you to interact successfully with various stakeholders.

    You are best equipped for this task if you have:

    - A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
    - At least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor/electronics industry in relevant R&D departments.
    - People leadership experience as team leader.
    - Basic project management skills.
    - Willingness to travel.
    - Excellent communication skills in English with regard to cross-functional and multicultural teams.

    Responsibilities

    In this management role you will functionally and disciplinary lead an Analog Design engineering team within the fast growing automotive department in Bucharest. With your excellent technical knowledge and leadership experience, you will contribute to the further development of your team and the related products.

    In your new role you will:

    - Ensure the allocation of tasks and co-ordination inside the team.
    - Contribute to performance management and salary review.
    - Be responsible for coaching new employees.
    - Act as the technical interface to internal development groups and project management and to external development partners.
    - Be responsible for resource planning and tracking.
