    • Ability to use CRM and other on-line tools effectively

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
    • Broad understanding of customer business cases and how customers use our technology
    • Customer facing presentation and influencing skills
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license


    • Understands commercial Nexus Electronics’ Software systems and provides customer with solutions
    • Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-person and web-based solution overviews and product demos
    • Helps with driving both net-new and incremental revenue
    • Provide client and market led input into product strategy
    • Secure direct annual order revenue – targets to be confirmed
    • Interact with the management team in 1-1, team meetings and via forecasting and reporting to provide critical updates, and strategic account planning
    • Develop account plans and strategies for assigned customers
    • Cooperation with customer care department, to achieve a quick response, system management and problem solving, to ensure customer satisfaction
