3+ year experience as a QA Game Tester
Proven judgment to evaluate importance and impact of bugs
Ability to identify the cause of a bug, come up with solutions to fix it
Experience with Jira or other bug tracking tool
Ability to write relevant test cases that cover feature functionality
Ability and patience to perform detailed testing
Have a good knowledge of games titles on the market to be able to evaluate a game against its competition
Have a clear understanding of the games’ functionalities and how interactions between different elements of the game contribute to the final playing experience
Objectivity and the ability to take important decisions in a short period of time
Good analytical skills
Curious and fast learner
Self-motivated, with a high level of self-discipline
Excellent use of English language, both oral and written
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and PC functionality
Bachelor’s degree

Create project plans for the testing and any other documents according to the technical and functional specifications
Constant and close communication with the development team and project manager
Report the project's overall status to the production team
Keep a constant communication and information flow between testers - lead tester and vice versa
Act as a connecting bridge for all aspects related to work inside the team
Keep track of all the issues submitted by the test team
Identify weaknesses, correct those weaknesses to continually improve the process
Coach junior members of the team
