-At least 1 year experience in working with German speakers;
-Experience in working in an international environment;
-Must be fluent in English & German, both written and spoken;
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
-Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint);
-Project business basics and project planning ability;
-Ability to analyze and present information;
-Proven organizational and self-motivation abilities;
-Team Player.

-Assesses and improves project management throughout the organization;
-Standardizes project management practices throughout the organization;
-Improves communication and decision-making, so that projects achieve strategic objectives;
-Ensures that all projects follow standards mandated by executives;
-Delivering training and mentoring project team members;
-Managing dependencies across multiple projects;
-Generation of status updates and prepare project management presentations;
-Evaluate and document the progress and results of the projects;
-Track evidence of work documentations;
-Support monthly reviews by preparing presentations and ad-hoc analysis;
-Language Support to translate German requests into English.
