Collection Process Analyst

Job requirements:
University degree, preferable in Economics, IT, Automatics & Computer Science;
Minimum 5 years in banking, Collection/Risk activity would be a plus;
Language proficiency: English, medium-advanced level;
IT Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, SQL);
Positive, reliable, flexible, creative, professional and co-operative attitude;
Good communication skills;
Very good analytical, problem solving and planning skills;
Focus on meeting deadlines and targets, energy, positive, reliable, flexible, enthusiasm and can-do attitude.

Mission:
The Collection Process Analyst will have responsibility to support analysis of Collection Team results, assisting managing team, planning and monitoring of Collection Processes.


Your day-to-day:

Prepare accurate and timely reports on both quantitative and qualitative results being able to understand and connect available data and take proper actions;
Keep free flow of information between colleagues and management team;
Provide support to the management team; ensure a strong communication with other stakeholders;
Involvement in projects, participation in meetings or other activities with impact in Collection activity;
Manage the dedicated Collection application and Collection Scoring;
Monitoring, analyzing and recommending the development of the Collection process in order to optimize and increase the Collection performance;
Involved in finding bugs, investigate causes, monitoring until bug fix implementation;
Provide reports and information for Collection Team Management, but also for other departments or Head Office.
