    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree or above, technical domain is an advantage
    • At least 1 year experience in this position in the automotive industry
    • Strong in MS Office applications
    • Advance English skills (understanding, speaking, writing)
    • ISO – TS / IATF 16949 knowledge

    Responsibilities

    • Understanding customer requirements on product quality and monitor their implementation
    • Representing customer interest in the quality of the sold products, both in 0 km cases and during the warranty period
    • Deciding whether blocking or unblocking the deliveries when quality issues could impact the client
    • Coordinating the communication with the customer on quality issues (conference calls / meetings / escalations)
    • Coordinating the quality analysis of the customer returned products
    • Managing assigned customer quality issues and ensuring they are resolved in an efficient and timely manner
    • Providing guidelines or work instructions to the sorting team of suspect goods
    • Being responsible for leading the multidisciplinary team to analyse the root cause and established appropriate short / long term corrective actions, using quality specific tools
    • Generating follow-up and close the 8D reports
    • Being in charge of evaluating the efficiency of the preventative and corrective actions initiated after a customer quality incident
    • Supporting customer audit or being responsible for visiting the manufacturing site
    • Following up on further customer requested information and data
    • Coordinating the development of the Control Plans
    • Being a member of FMEA team
    • Participating to the initial samples homologation process (according to PPAP / VDA)
    • Participating / performing internal audits (system audit, process / product audit, LPA)
    • Driving and following up continuous improvement programs across areas of responsibility

    • Ability to define problems, collect data and identify correct conclusions
