    Requirements

    - Graduate in business administration or equivalent qualification with a focus on personnel
    - At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of recruitment & employer branding in Romania and Central Europe, preferably in the automotive industry or in the manufacturing branch of the metal industry
    - Relevant recruiting experience on all social media channels
    - Knowledge of different methods and tools in active sourcing
    - Relevant experience in the development of employer branding
    - Fluent in written and spoken Romanian and English.
    - Relevant change management experience
    - Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications
    - Knowledge in building an Employer brand

    Responsibilities

    - Independent management of the entire recruitment process in Romania in cooperation with hiring Managers and Talent Sourcer
    - Development of the recruiting and sourcing strategy for filling the specialist and managerial positions in the commercial sector
    - Development of a candidate pipeline
    - Development of our social media presence, as well as build the employer branding for Romania
    - Coordination of recruitment agencies
    - Creation and management of the recruiting budget for Romania in accordance with the personnel planning
    - Creation of job advertisements and their publication on targeted channels in close cooperation with the managers and the local HR employees
    - Examination of the incoming application and consultation with the respective managers, as well as coordination and accompanying the interviews
    - Optimization, management and accompanying the entire on boarding processes
    - Liaise with Centers of Excellence in Amsterdam to build Compensation and Benefit Policies for Romania
