    Responsibilities

    What you’ll be doing:
     Office and upper management support
     Office management and administration assistance
     Travel management
     Help organize internal and external events (weekly office breakfasts, team buildings and team days, barbeque)
     Provides help with follow-up on internal documents flow;
     Welcoming and offering support to visitors and guests;
     Monitoring of office supplies & consumables;
     Offering administrative support to employees when needed;
     Offering support to the HR department;
     Offering support to the Marketing department;
     Assisting with the planning and implementing of different internal and external events including CSR campaigns;
     Assisting Management with various requests: research, reports, presentations;
