    AVX Electronics este o companie americana cu peste 30 de ani experienta in industria Automotive. Compania noastra isi desfasoara activitatea in Romania din 2012, in prezent avem peste 460 de angajati, apartinem industriei electronice si avem ca obiect de activitate productia de placute electronice, componente electronice, pedale de acceleratie, senzori si module cu tehnologie LED.


    Knowledge of ITIL Service Management and process execution;
    Knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems;
    English is the language of AVX and an ability to communicate in English is required;
    Experience of working in a manufacturing company;
    Experience with Backup Exec desireable;
    Knowledge of VOIP PBX systems;
    At least 3 years’ experience in IT;

    Be the first point of contact for IT issues. Take ownership of IT issues and follow them through to ensure they are complete even if passed to another colleague in the IT team;
    Work within a virtual team to provide support to staff around the global with IT issues escalating where necessary to other teams. You are responsible for any escalated calls and will ensure that these are resolved acceptably to both parties;
    Manage company phone systems and time clock systems;
    Setup of users and mailboxes in MS Exchange;
    Setup and maintenance of existing GPOs;
    Responsible to ensure adequate backups are completed;
    Monitor the availability of local and global systems through existing portals and log/resolve/escalate issues;
    Providing technical assistance and training to computer users on the application software, hardware and computer services;
    Liaise with vendors and suppliers on software, hardware, telecommunication for leased line and telephone system to maintain proper relationship for better maintenance and support for local systems;
