The overall mission is to be a key contributor in the management team, and to lead the implementation and development of world class People Management practices globally.
This is a challenging yet exciting opportunity to direct and lead human resource activities and programs, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with plant and corporate objectives, building and maintaining effective relationships with the workforce, and engaging the employees and plant management in organization design activities that foster and sustain a high performance work culture
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions - including Employer Branding, Performance Management, Competence Development, Organizational Change and Development, Leadership Development, Remuneration and Benefits. Particular focus on employer branding as well as communicative leadership and culture development.
• Managing the administration of current HR policies, programs and practices throughout the Company in order to support management planning and develop strategic initiatives
• Leading change management by effectively managing change projects (reorganization, redundancy, re-structuring, system implementations) ensuring legal compliance, best practice and business requirements
• Maintaining and updating the business where necessary on employment law, relevant industry trends and best practice
