The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

    Requirements

    The Operations department provides support to Project Management Office, Finance department and maintains the balance between them.
    This role works under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer to maintain the operational tasks for the entire center.

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's Degree (Economic background)
    - Experience in Finance/Accounting/Operations
    - MS Office skills (especially Excel)

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for claim codes creation and updates;
    Responsible for employee records creation and updates;
    Responsible for obtaining access in the necessary tools for practitioners;
    Offering guidance to practitioners or Project Management team related on how to claim and how to report the hours in different situations;
    Contact person for issues related with claim;
    Responsible for department creation/updates;
    Submitting manual billings based on Finance or Project Management requests;
    Running recycle reports (hours and costs not billed to projects due to different errors); analyze what is the reason of these errors and perform corrections;
    Provide labor claim cost ledger reports to Project Management teams for checking the accuracy of rates and hours for each project;
    Provide different reports to Project Management teams, including but not limited to: hours claimed by practitioners, missing claim, hours claimed on different IDs;
