    Cerinte

    Ideal Candidate
    •Minimum Bachelor degree from related studies,
    •Looking for a career in a multinational company environment,
    •Minimum Intermediate English is required,
    •Ready to work under pressure and with strict deadlines,
    •Good interpersonal relationship skills, positive influencer,
    •Looking forward to be the main point of contact for the people,
    •Good interviewing skills (experience in blue collar interviewing is a plus),
    •Minimum level labor law knowledge is required,
    •Payroll knowledge is a plus,
    •Reporting to Country HR Leader,
    •Ms Office Knowledge is required,
    •Creative and eager to take initiatives,
    •Local Health & Safety regulations knowledge is a big plus,
    •Attention to details. Able and like to travel,

    Responsabilitati

    Job description
    •Managing blue collar recruitment processes (paperwork preparation for requisition, job ad creation & sharing, selection, interviewing, on-boarding),
    •Supporting the HR Administration, such as preparing employee declarations, forms, ad-hoc employee requests,
    •Keeping the contact with recruiting vendors,
    •Managing the corporate social responsibility projects as being the local CSR Leader,
    •Keeping the communication with the Foundations to organize volunteering events,
    •Organizing employee recognition events,
    •Being the H&S contact in the organization as the bridge between the company and the vendor,
    •Providing basic Health & Safety & Newcomer trainings,
    •Organizing the on-boarding process with the department heads,
    •Making the Health & Safety audits,
    •Coordinating the compliance trainings dues,
    •Supporting the Country HR Leader for reports & ad-hoc tasks,
