Validation & Testing Software Engineer (Audio Framework)

VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.

Scripting experience – Python, Bash, other.
Operating systems – Linux.
Experience with tools – Git, JIRA, Jenkins/Bamboo.
Audio driver/codecs/framework experience is a plus.
Programming (C/C++, Java) knowledge is a plus.
Basic hardware knowledge is a plus.

Setup automated test environment based on LAVA.
Develop and maintain automated test execution environments and scripts.
Develop and enhance new or existing validation frameworks.
Design, write or update test plans and test cases.
Carry out regular test execution on the targeted software stacks.

Testing and validation are a crucial part in the development process to ensure high quality software stacks for our microprocessors. Having the best infrastructure and tools in our software process is key for delivering on time quality software. We are looking for people with operating systems knowledge, proactive and eager to learn, to help us design, implement and execute test cases and automated tests, as well as contributing to the continuous testing environment.
