    Requirements

    Assistant Manager requirements and qualifications

    BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
    MSc/MA is a plus
    X years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
    Proficient user of MS Office
    Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
    Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    Team player
    Good time-management skills
    Great interpersonal and communication skills

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Assistant Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for assisting in daily managerial processes and activities.

    As an ideal Assistant Manager, you will be a strong leader with a business mindset. Critical thinking and problem solving will be your most important skills.

    Assistant Manager duties and responsibilities

    Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
    Provides administrative support for the Human Resources and Financial Departments, filling in time sheets, registering holiday requests, delivering meal tickets, etc.
    Set up schedules
    Ensure that goals and objectives are met
    Supervise, lead and motivate staff
    Help with monitoring and tracking operating costs, budgets and resources
    Work with clients
    Evaluate clients' needs and expectations
    Maintains contact with all office suppliers.
    Manage clients' complaints
    Create reports, analyze, interpret and present data
    Work with HR department and assist in recruiting, hiring, training and on boarding
    Adhere and encourage compliance with company policies and procedures
