DEPUTY EXPORT MANAGER

•English language- is a must;
•Experience in managing the export documents (international guarantee letters);
•Ability to manage international customers;
•Good negotiation / selling skills;
•Bachelor degree;
•Traveling availability - 20% of working time (one week worldwide- when necessary)- Europe, Africa, Asia.

•Responsible for efficiently planning, implementing and managing the imported goods and the related information flow and storage, from the supplier warehouses, in accordance with the customs, tax and other relevant national regulations in force;
•Meets the stakeholder senior managers to understand the business priorities, translating them into purchase strategies;
•Responsible for planning and organizing both the inland and the international freight transport, in order to ensure reliable, accurate and on time deliveries;
•Manages the production and storage facility according to a defined timetable;
•Responsible for permanently supervising, collaborating and negotiating with the suppliers to streamline and optimize the logistic flows, minimizing the costs and the related losses;
•Ensures a high level of efficiency in production and logistic service delivery;
•Responsible for sourcing for suppliers, working with the category managers to negotiate better prices, review contracts (terms and conditions) and to make sure they comply with the company view and clauses;
•Sets rules, guidelines and procedures for the purchase activities;
•Sets up import / export operations and custom clearance;
•Responsible for contracting the forwarders, minimizing the transport costs through better negotiations and routes optimization;
•Draws the production costs analyses and various reports;
•Responsible for the day-to-day operations of large, moderately complex suppliers - all Raw Materials suppliers;
•Supervises all the activities related to import/export.
