    Requirements

    Professional Skills
     Student or graduate
     Minimum of 2-3 years of experience on a similar position
     Good level in all MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
     Advanced level of understanding, speaking and writing in English
     German language is a plus
     Experience in professional phone and e-mail communication is a plus
     Experience in executive search, negotiation, selling, human resources is a plus

    Responsibilities

     Understanding the entire executive search process
     Being in charge with database search and direct search via different platforms (linkedin, ejobs, bestjobs, XING, TRANSEARCH international data base, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, BlueSteps etc.); if necessary adjusting the search
     Drafting and designing the Job Description in cooperation with the Consultant and Managing Director
     Contacting the agreed profiles with the Consultant, via phone, mail or different other platforms
     Creating, populating and updating the search list daily
     Participating in the first interviews with the Consultant, for a better understanding of the profile for every on-going project
     Preparing the weekly reports for the clients, together with the Consultant
     Participating in the project status meeting
     Respecting the time table of the project
     Establishing the search strategy together with the Consultant and the client (establishing the profile, and the criteria for search)
     Participating in the briefing with the client and a TRANSEARCH Consultant. Understanding what is the main filed of activity of the client and what is the profile for the position
     Using TRANSEARCH tools, procedures and standard formats for all related activities inside the organization
     Being responsible for the documents of the entire executive search process in collaboration with the Project Assistant (verifying, correcting, making the final version)
     Offering support, if required, to the Project Assistant in organizing the presentation for the client with shortlisted candidates together with the Project Assistant
     Taking references for the wining candidate together with the Consultant
     Offering support in business development activities, drafting briefs and presentations, tender files, cold calling
     Updating the internal database (File Finder)
     Supporting and offering guidance to the Project Assistant in preparing all documents and all other related activities necessary for the executive search process (Job Description, Time Table, Candidate reports, company presentation, feedback emails etc)
     Training new employees for the Project Assistant position
