    Cerinte

     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with applicable analysis and/or reporting experience;
     HR analytics and reporting experience;
     Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with a wide range of internal customers;
     Experience and desire to work collaboratively in a global organization;
     Excellent analytical (qualitative & quantitative) and modelling skills;
     Excellent time management skills;
     HRIS Systems experience;
     Experience of dealing with multiple data sets and structures to develop structured reporting;
     Excellent computer literacy in particular Microsoft Excel: VBA, Macros;
     Effective verbal and written English language skills.

    Responsabilitati

    As a HR Data Analytics Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
     Provide data analysis and reporting support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced analytics;
     Support the business with regular analysis of employee data and reporting across various HR Management Systems;
     Develop reports on employee data for analysis and decision-making, statistical data analysis and other reporting as required;
     Perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data sources;
     Prepare consolidated and unit specific reports based on input from multiple sources incorporating current and future movements;
     Generate comprehensive data reports and analytical solutions in support of internal stakeholders;
     Pilot and implement regular audits through data quality projects destined to assess data integrity within the system;
     Proactively apply analytical and research skills to elevate issues;
     Configure HR applications to meet business needs, analyzing data, building data models as necessary;
     Liaise with the Payroll Team on development of blended reporting requirements from various HR systems;
     Partner with the business stakeholders to ensure the transition of HR data from multiple HR platforms in Workday.
