First level university degree with recommended focus in business or finance.
Typically 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
The Mid Market and DaaS Graduate will be responsible for supporting the commercial management function defining and managing the sales of HP products to Mid-Market Customers in Romania, with a special focus on Device-as-a-service program.
You will be in charge of supporting the overview of the Profit & Loss of HP product lines driving results by direct and indirect influence on pricing, programs, sales force (direct and indirect), distribution strategy and marketing campaigns in order to meet or exceed targets on revenue, profit, channel inventory, market share and customer/partner satisfaction.
• Offer support to senior PBMs in managing MM Customers in Romania
• Develops business with Customers/Commercial partners to grow HP's share of MM business and DaaS
• Work in cooperation with Romania channel and DaaS team
• Become a trusted advisor to Customers and Commercial Partners, maintaining and developing strong and long- lasting relationships to maximize revenue and profitability
• Prepare regular reports and presentations of progress, manage forecasts or other business requests of the direct manager
• Manage accounting claims with the relevant teams
• Consistently achieve/overachieve targets/KPI’s
• Gather and assess customer's business and technical requirements in order to help in building a solution plan and design for print and PS products
• May be involved in designing technical solutions for partners to fit their business needs, especially for deals in Mid-Market and DaaS
• Offers support in managing the Customer Welcome Center in Romania, the key location for partner and client presentations.
