    Asset Administrator

    Your Mission:

    Main objective of the job is to ensure the well on-going of the asset registration and administration activity, the physical administration of the company’s patrimony, to support the Procurement & Administrative department, Financial Department and internal clients in this respect.

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Support day-to-day activities for asset management and administrative tasks (asset management, stock assessment, logistics topics), using Charisma tool;

    • Ensure the matching process between assets received with a purchase requisition, purchase order and store delivery note;

    • Collaborate with Financial Control for timely and quality fulfilment of the assets related documents;

    • Ensure assets are readily available for stocktaking purposes and assist with the stocktaking;

    • Ensure that assets are readily identifiable and records are kept of unique identifying barcodes& labels;

    • Ensure assets are adequately secured;

    • Ensure stock planning and assets inventory;

    • Responsibilities related to asset and facility projects development;

    • Relationship with the financial control department (commercial correspondence, solving disputes in respect of assets orders, delivery times and suppliers documents) for asset administration;

    • Assets and equipment purchase orders administration;

    • Ensure yearly inventory, related documents, planning and physical stock of assets administration;

    A little about You:

    • Bachelor’s degree;

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or related position;

    • Very good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word);

    • Knowledge of Charisma tool is an advantage;
