    For our client, a mixed-use real estate developer connected to a French retailer, we are looking for a Media Sales Specialist.

    Solid knowledge in the field of sales;
    Previous experience of 1-3 years in Retail, FMCG;
    Advanced knowledge of English.


    Analyze trends and proposes sales and profit targets;
    Develop Media Sales Tools: Media Services Kit / Rate Card;
    Develop pricing policies for the advertising offer;
    Identify and develop the customer portfolio;
    Develop loyalty and customer engagement policies;
    Initiates projects and collaborations (strategic) with leading clients in the field;
    Negotiate and sign media sales contracts and marketing / consulting services;
    Creates and constantly feeds the sales media database;
    Creates and keeps track of available / contracted advertising spaces;
    Analyze and identify the opportunity to introduce new products or services;
    Maintain professional relationships with all external partners (advertising agencies, printing companies, market research companies, etc.);
    Animate and feed internal collaborators (ROSs) for business input;
    Build the concept for new types of advertising media and implements innovative advertising;
    Build attractive packages with a variety of analog / digital media mixes and increase sales for both typologies.
