    -Technical diploma and minimum two years experience in a support capacity
    -Experience in helpdesk software such as ManageEngine
    -Expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft tools and other related software
    -Positive team player with ability to work individually and in a team environment
    -Skill in organization and attention to detail
    -Customer service experience
    -Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.
    -Flexibility in responding to job demands
    -Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
    -Fluency in English required


    -Receive, track, manage technical notifications and requests and provide technical support for internal users.
    -Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Windows 7 and Windows 10
    -Perform client workstation builds based on imaging standards
    -Maintain an adequate level of knowledge of operating systems and application software being used to provide high levels of support to users
    -Ability to support users remotely at various facilities through desktop tools such as Teamviewer
    -Resolve issues regarding laser, multi-functional and zebra printers
    -Support Office 365 and other cloud-based solutions including Skype for Business telephony
    -Follow policies and procedures
    -Manage work queues and balance priorities
    -Maintain inventory standards and support of computers, mobile phones, hand-held scanners and other hardware
    -Ensures security and service standards are met
    -Create and modify related documentation and recommends process improvements
    -Basic port patching and shop floor support
    -Provide in-depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational projects and initiatives
    -Assist with monitoring of IT systems and may participate in off-hour and off-site maintenance of server and network infrastructure
    -Support environments such as Citrix and assist in supporting in-house developed software and webservices
    -Receive, manage and ship IT inventory
    -Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
