    To ensure expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking to hire Back Office Support Representatives fluent in Russian and English. The job position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

    Our requirements:

    Minimum 1 year prior Operations experience in shared services, Business Process Outsourcing environment or comparable service/process mgmt. environment
    High affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situation regarding the relevant market/region that will be supported
    Excellent level of Russian and good level of English
    Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
    Friendly and outgoing personality
    Self-motivation and result-orientation
    Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria

    Answering various user requests
    Achieving great users satisfaction, focusing on clients’ needs
    Become and remain knowledgeable about platform products and working standards
    Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience
    Actively and creatively contributes to the whole support process, thus providing the best services to the users
    Make well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for platform’s users
    Respond to user inquiries with high-quality, speed, empathy and accuracy
    Use market-specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of all users
    Enforce company's Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the siteUse manuals to moderate and filter flagged content
