    Requirements

    - MS Office & Windows knowledge and competencies – medium level;
    - Previous experience in a similar role is nice to have, but not mandatory;
    - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant domain is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    - Processing online orders;
    - Collecting data and registering information using internal platforms;
    - Developing and maintaining a good relationship with the customer throughout the sale process;
    - Understanding customer needs and expectations;
    - Offering support to clients by giving customized advice according to individual needs and expectations.
